FCA delivers excellence in procurement planning, execution, and delivery activities. We coordinate with client in reviewing the scope of procurement work, prepare and coordinate procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts and budgets.
To achieve effective procurement management, we directly communicate with all levels of client organization, suppliers and interface counterparts and address opportunities for improvement and expedite progress.
Supply Chain Management
We plan, schedule, execute and monitor delivery of goods and products both domestically and internationally. We develop and shape supply chain strategies, identify risks, and take proactive measures to avoid obstacles and mitigate bottlenecks.
Our Supply Chain Management incorporates administration of all transportation forms worldwide in accordance with Incoterms rules, as well as providing assistance on customs clearance and duties formalities.
We further help clients to establish warehouse management procedures which enables clients to effectively control their goods and products.
